Friends,

The health, well-being, and safety of Muscatell - Burns Ford staff, visitors, and guests is the most important thing to me and my entire family. Over the past few weeks, our team has been closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 across the country and, more specifically, throughout Minnesota and North Dakota. While much is still unknown about the future of this virus, I am hopeful that we will soon see an end to it's devastating effects.

Muscatell - Burns Ford remains fully operational and will continue to monitor and adjust our precautionary measures based on guidance provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).  For the safety of our customers, employees and trusted vendors, we have implemented the following policies and procedures in addition to our routine daily sanitary processes:

•    Posted relevant signage throughout the stores which provides information about COVID-19, and critical ways to avoid being exposed to it.

•    Enhanced our cleaning, disinfecting and hygiene protocols across our dealership and increased the frequency as well. High-touch areas like doorknobs, table surfaces, service counters.

•    Provided additional hand sanitizer stations throughout the dealership in both public and non-public areas.

•    Discontinued fresh cookies and popcorn at this time

•    Increased use of gloves by staff where appropriate.

•    Requiring any employee or vendor with cold or flu-like symptoms to stay home and seek medical care.

•    Instructed all employees who are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 to visit a doctor immediately, and if the physician feels they are a good candidate to be tested.

We have heard the term "social distancing" in the last several days and ask that you not be offended if a staff member avoids shaking hands and we won't be offended if you make the same choice. We promise to continue to deliver warm, friendly service with a smile, and we can always use the elbow bump if you feel it is appropriate.  We are very serious about the health of the community, our customers and our staff, will continue to regularly monitor this situation and adjust policies and procedures at our dealership for the benefit of the health of all we have the privilege to come in contact with during these trying times.

Thank you,
