This prestigious award is is awarded to Dealers who have received the highest guest satisfaction based on Surveys and Reputation Scoring in both Sales and Service. Scores are calculated from actual Muscatell Burns Ford guests who have purchased or serviced with the dealership. Only 339 out of 2965 Ford Dealers throughout the United States are given this award.
